Aaloo ki bujia
Aaloo ki bujia also known as Aloo Ki Tarkkri is a well-known dish in Pakistan. It is an excellent Asian dish that is good for your regular meals. It is a perfect meal for a person who likes Potato. Pakistani people mainly eat Aloo Ki Bhujia with Puri and Paratha and you can even serve this dish with rice and bread as well.














Ingredients ;
  • potato 1/2 kg
  • onion 1 small (chopped )
  • garlic 1/2 tsp (chooped)
  • salt to taste
  • red chilli powder 1 tsp
  • haldi powder 1/2 tsp
  • green chilli 2
  • zeera 1 tsp
  • kasoori methi 1 tsp
  • oil 3 tbsp

method
peel the potato and cut into small pieces .Heat oil put potato , chopped onion ,zeera ,garlic, red chilli . salt , haldi ,and green chilli cook for five min… add 1/2 cup water and cover it and cook on low heat for 15 min. when the water is evaporated and potato’s are cooked sprinkle methi and mix it …
enjoy with patatha , mango pickles and tea :))
Ingredients :My husband’s all time favourite breakfast :)). Aaloo ki bujia , paratha and a cup to doodh patti .
