Suji ka halwa
(semolina pudding) is probably the most cooked halwa in Pakistan. Women are seen asking for suji halwa recipe from their neighbors. Cooking a suji halwa is taken as a ritual and a tradition based on hundreds of years. Shab e Baraa't, Shab e Mairaj, Ramadan ul Mubarak and Qura'n Khwani, all these events are fragranted with the fresh aroma of suji halwa.
Besides being cooked on the occasions, the traditional semolina pudding is sometimes eaten as an evening dish. It's recipe is very short, simple and easy and the halwa can also be stored for several days.

Semolina fine 1 cup;
little less than 1 cup raw sugar (if you take 250 g semolina then take 230 g sugar);
salt free butter 1 cup;
kishmish/raisins ½ cup ,
crushed coconut ½ cup,(i don’t like coconut so i didn’t use but if u want u can )
almonds ½ cup sliced
green cardamoms 12-13
Method
melt the butter add semolina n cook for a min add cardamom n cook again now it ll changeits texture into foam in this stage add one glass on water and sugar mix it well add dry fruits
n mix again .. add another glass of water n contently stir until it is cooked n butter appear
at sides … serve it hot garnish it with extra raisins and almonds
